Emanuele Gallinoro, is an Interventional Cardiologist and clinical researcher at Sant’Andrea Hospital, Sapienza University of Rome.

He completed a three-year fellowship in interventional cardiology and clinical research at the Cardiovascular Center Aalst in Belgium, under the mentorship of Prof. Bernard De Bruyne and Prof. Emanuele Barbato. During this period, he developed a focused interest and expertise in coronary physiology and microcirculation. In parallel, he completed a PhD in Translational Medical Sciences at the University of Campania “Luigi Vanvitelli,” with a research emphasis on the clinical application of advanced physiological assessment techniques.

Prior to his current role, Dr. Gallinoro served as an interventional cardiologist at IRCCS Galeazzi Sant’Ambrogio, University of Milan. His clinical activity focuses on complex coronary interventions, applied coronary physiology and structural heart procedures.

His research focuses on invasive coronary physiology and the development of advanced interventional approaches for structural heart disease and heart failure. He has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and has been internationally recognized for his scientific contributions.
